Commercial Sales Representative

Commercial Sales Representative Duties Include:
o Customer Service:
Greet walk-in customers and ascertain customer needs/desires o Recommend, select, and help locate merchandise o Handle customer inquiries and requests regarding accounts, products, and services o Obtain orders:
Operate point of sale system to create work orders and invoice customers o Maintain knowledge of current fleet programs, national accounts, and promotions o Billing:
responsible for invoicing and filing work orders o Work with customers to resolve credit issues and develop payment plansCommercial Sales Representative Requirements:
o Must perform duties and responsibilities in a safe manner.
o Must have a valid driver's license; driving record must meet company's insurance requirements o Position requires continuous standing, bending, lifting and ability to lift up to 50 pounds.
o The ability to work in a fast-paced customer service-oriented environment.
o Team-Player:
Works well as a member of a group.
o Detail Oriented:
Capable of carrying out a given task with all details necessary to get the task done well.
o Must pass a pre-employment background check/drug screenRequirements:
